Do you have extended hours for physical therapy appointments?
Yes. There are early morning and evening hours available during the week. Physical Therapy is closed on weekends.
How do I find out about my insurance status?
When you call to make an appointment, our trained billing staff will take your insurance information and call you about your benefits. Every patient will be contacted prior to their first appointment to discuss their policy’s benefits, deductibles and co-insurance.
Is there anything extra I should know as a new patient?
If you are seeing us for the first time, please arrive 15 minutes before your appointment to allow time for registration. The registration and patient history forms (available here) should be filled out in advance, if possible. Please bring these forms and your driver’s license and insurance cards to complete your registration prior to your initial appointment.
